30 Picture Books for September

September’s booklist feels like the first hint of fall—produce coming in from the fields, apples ready for picking, the crisp cool nights and the first leaves beginning to change. You’ll find cozy stories to enjoy under a warm blanket, alongside books full of information, to help enhance the simple joys of the season.

This is a curated collection of beloved stories from my classroom and our home, and some new titles that we put on our list to try. I hope it helps you welcome the beginning of autumn and linger a little longer in stories together.
